user name/password aren't working and I get an "Incorrect ID" message. What's
wrong?
There are many reasons why you
may have received this error. The most
common reasons are:
1. Your CAPS
LOCK button is on. User names/passwords are CaSeSeNsiTive. Make sure you are
typing it exactly as you did when you joined.
2. You are misspelling/mistyping your user
name/password. Try again.
3. Your membership has expired.
4. Your
membership was declined at the last re-billing attempt.
5. You canceled your
account.
